StarBrite: Thank you for talking with us. To start off, what problem did you want to address with Invisalign?

HH: Originally, I just wanted to fix chips in my teeth. I had been seeing Dr. Seifi at StarBrite Dental for years and she had really helped me through numerous dental issues. The problem was my front teeth were chipping and I felt like I couldn’t smile any more. In fact, I’m in the dental marketing field and interact with dentists daily. I became so self-conscious, I’d cover my mouth when I talked. And it wasn’t that I had been neglecting my teeth, I was just busy.

StarBrite: I can see that would be a real problem. But how could a chipped tooth be fixed by Invisalign?

HH: Here’s what happened. Late one evening, my schedule unexpectedly freed up and I scheduled a last-minute appointment with Dr. Seifi to get the chipped teeth fixed. After examining me, Dr. Seifi explained my teeth were chipping because they were misaligned. She told me about Invisalign and how it could help avoid future chipping. She also said it would help with some serious jaw issues I’d been having. I knew Dr. Seifi had done hundreds of Invisalign treatments and was a top Invisalign Provider. So I started treatment that same night.

StarBrite: How has it been going?

HH: That was over 10 months ago, and now I’m at the end of my treatment. My teeth are very straight, even and no longer chip. Now I smile confidently and widely!

StarBrite: That’s terrific! And did Invisalign help with your jaw issues?

HH: That was a very unexpected health benefit. For some time, I suffered from jaw spasms—my jaw would shudder out of control for 20 to 60 seconds at a time. I had done chiropractic adjustments, vitamins, and more, and though they all helped, the issue continued. This was a major reason why I wanted to try Invisalign. And what I got out of it was so much more than expected.

The jaw issue is gone! No more spasms or head problems related to my jaw. I feel great and smile freely. I feel like I am really taking care of my oral health. The entire process has made it real to me how important my teeth are.

StarBrite: With your busy schedule, how did you make time for your Invisalign appointments?
